Third-Party Tools: We are not liable for issues, downtime, or changes related to third-party platforms, plugins, or services (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, analytics tools).

Limitation of Liability: Lucid Visions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

4. Portfolio Rights: Lucid VIsions reserves the right to showcase completed and uncompleted work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client opts out in writing before project commencement.
5. Ownership: The client receives full ownership and rights to deliverables only after full payment is received. Until then, all work remains the property of Lucid Visions.
6. Scope Limitations: Any features, pages, or functionality not explicitly included in the project proposal require additional payment.
7. Project Completion: A project is considered complete once all agreed deliverables have been provided to the client, regardless of whether the client has launched or published the work.
8. AI and Third-Party Tools: We may use AI tools, plugins, and third-party services to deliver our work. We are not liable for issues, changes, or limitations of these tools.
9. Indemnity: The client is solely responsible for ensuring their website, products, content, and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Free Trials and Promotions: Free trials, discounts, and promotional offers are provided at our sole discretion and may be limited, modified, or revoked at any time.
